Banana Bread Cookies

They might look like unassuming cookies, but my goodness they are so good. Especially warm, right out of the oven! If you love banana bread, especially with chocolate chips, then you will love these! Here is what you will need to make them:

1 cup flour
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
1/2 brown sugar
1 banana
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup chocolate chips

Heat your oven to 350 degrees. Mix all the dry ingredients, then all the wet and combine the two and add the chips last. Bake for 10 minutes - makes 4 dozen cookies if they are on the smaller size. Enjoy!
