For the Love of Thrifting

As I mentioned earlier this evening, I will be heading out with my mom the next few days to visit some thrift stores. I have been thrifting since I was a young one. We had a Salvation Army one block away from our home and with a mom and grandma who did not drive, we spent a lot of time there.

When my children were young I was there a lot getting them clothes. They grow so fast and that was yet another way to save money. Now I shop more for home decor items that I can remake into something fab... and I am always on the look out for Pyrex.

My Crazy Day!

7am - Up with my daughter even though she is on Spring Break. She is on the swim team at school and they still have practice at 7:30am! Started my weekly wash (yes, I only do wash once a week)
