Sweet Potato Plant Update - You Have Got To Plant One!

This is by far the most fun I have had with a plant! My little plant, Ethel (yep that's her name) will be 5 weeks old tomorrow and my goodness she has been busy growing! A few days ago I planted her into a pot and put her on our front porch. Now to see if she survives. I read different instructions on what to do, but in the end I chose to plant the entire potato, roots and all. It says they like to stay a little most and like sun.
