Cheap Furniture Redos

If you have been following along, this summer was the summer of the cheap redo. I started with my kitchen cabinets and then it had a life of its own :) I ended up freshening up my coffee table and my china hutch. It does not take a lot of money, but it does take a bit of elbow grease :) Here are before and after pics:

This week I experimented a bit with another recipe. I do believe I have a winner here. This is easy and very delicious, even my picky 11 y/o likes it. It reminds me of a bread pudding, but more smooth. You must be careful though, you may not be able to stop eating it once you start, I eat a third of mine.......LOL
